Media Search

About

This plugin enables stock image and video search within the Payload CMS using providers like Unsplash, Pexels, and Pixabay. Users can filter results by categories such as color, orientation, and size before importing media into their projects. The plugin uses a straightforward configuration in the Payload setup to define access control and to integrate API keys for the respective services. The media plugin allows for permission-based access, ensuring that only authorized users can perform searches or imports. It includes options for filtering search results based on various attributes and provides a one-click import functionality for seamless integration into Payload collections. The plugin modifies the admin upload interface to include components necessary for media searching, enhancing the user experience within the Payload CMS. Users should obtain API keys from each media provider's website, and the plug-in maintains configurations for easy implementation. Notable features include support for multiple media types, including both images and videos, along with extensive filter options for a tailored search experience.
