Adds Google One Tap sign-in to the Payload admin login page using OAuth credentials.

This plugin injects a Google One Tap login button into the Payload admin login screen. Users authenticate through Google, and the returned credential is exchanged at a plugin-registered endpoint for a Payload session token, so existing admin workflows keep working after sign-in.
