Overview
Configures Payload to use Cloudinary as the upload storage backend. Disables local storage and redirects all file uploads to Cloudinary's media management platform. Adds a cloudinaryPublicId field to upload collections, supports client-side direct uploads for better performance, and allows specifying a prefix folder for organizational grouping. Leverages Cloudinary's automatic image optimization and transformation capabilities.
